Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

 

We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to the following return policies.

We aim to process the refund within 5-8 working days once we’ve received and checked the returned items.

 

Cancellation Policy

  •  Orders with Lead Time/Backorder:
    For standard items that are not in stock and are ordered on a lead time, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour period, we reserve the right to decline cancellation requests, particularly if the order has already been placed with our supplier

For custom or modified parts, cancellations may not be possible once the modification process has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel such an order, and we will assess the request based on the status of the modification. 

 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items Sent by Us

If you receive faulty goods or incorrect items, we apologize for the inconvenience. You have 14 days from receiving your items to return them to us. Here's how we handle these situations:

 

  • Return Process: If a collection is needed, we will contact you to arrange the details.
  • Full Refund: Once we receive the items and confirm they are unused and in their original packaging, we’ll issue a refund including your original shipping costs.

 

Incorrect Items Ordered by Customer

If you ordered the wrong items, you have 14 days from receiving your items to return them to us. Please note the following:

 

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the items and confirm they are unused and in their original packaging, we'll issue a refund minus the return shipping costs.

 

Items You No Longer Need

If you decide you no longer need the items, you have 14 days from receiving your items to return them to us. Please be aware of the following conditions:

 

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may be applied to your refund.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the items and confirm they are unused and in their original packaging, we'll issue a refund minus the return shipping costs.
